HeartStrings Fiberarts website's registration forms require subscribers to give their name and email address so that we may send them the information they request, such as our newsletter.

Our site's ordering forms require customers to provide name, addresses and financial information for payment of products and services. We use financial information to charge and approve payment by the customer. Additionally, name and address information is used to communicate with the customer and deliver the products ordered. Financial information is processed and stored in encrypted format with a secure server.

This site contains links to other web sites. HeartStrings is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of other web sites.

Cookies

HeartStrings FiberArts website uses cookies only for the on-line wholesale ordering process. If a customer begins an on-line order, the information about the products ordered is kept in a temporary file without any identifying personal information about the customer. It is possible that the temporary file is still available to the customer if they are interrupted in their shopping and resume at a later time in the day. After a period of time (less than a day), the file expires and is deleted.
