Mini Sock
Learn to Knit a Sock
by Jackie E-S
The pattern for Mini Sock is truly a sock, but on a miniature scale! Great for learning the basic techniques of sock making with just a small investment in time and materials. And you only need to make one (instead of a pair) to be ready to put your finished project to good use as a decoration, gift tag, etc. I bet you won't be able to stop with just one, though. You'll love the small size which is perfect for babies, too, and will want to make several pairs to stock up for gifts.

I want to thank you for the wonderful mini sock pattern. I'm a novice socknitter, and had tried a few books and instructions. This one did the trick--I finally "got" it! The instructions are far superior to most I've seen, and definitely penetrated my dense head. I think the difference in your pattern is that (unlike others) it didn't leave out details or assume the knitter already knew things. I also liked the clarity of the printed layout.
